1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quick-WebP(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Quick-WebP provides browser-based image conversion tools. Conversions run locally in your browser; we do not receive your image files during normal use. The Service is currently offered in a Beta phase: features, limits, and pricing may change as we improve the product. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use paid features where applicable.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our refund practices stated at checkout or on request via privacy@quick-webp.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: processing content you do not have rights to convert; attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; using the Service for unlawful purposes; or circumventing usage limits or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your images. Quick-WebP and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Non-essential analytics (visit counts and anonymous conversion statistics) run only after you give consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

When you create an account, we may send you service-related emails, such as account verification, password resets, billing receipts, and important notices about the Service. These are necessary to provide the Service and are separate from marketing or newsletter emails, which we only send if you separately opt in.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick-WebP and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Service, including conversion errors or device compatibility issues.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and contact
